Terms of use
Last updated 4 August 2026
Forma is in pre-launch development. This page distinguishes implemented behavior from decisions that still require the owner or counsel; unresolved items are stated explicitly.
These pre-launch website terms describe the current public surfaces. They are not a paid-pilot agreement. Any audit, connected pilot, or other commercial work requires a separately approved written scope and contracting-party details.
What this site is
This site presents Forma's operations-audit workflow and lets you request an operator review. The Suite catalogue contains designed operating playbooks, not claims of proven deployments. Illustrative examples are not measured results for your business.
Studio is an internal prompt-template preview. It does not have a live media-rendering adapter and must not be treated as a production asset service.
Requesting an audit & contact consent
Submitting a form records a request in the protected operator queue. It does not automatically book an audit, create an account, connect a provider, accept you into a cohort, or authorize paid work.
Where a form presents contact consent, the operator must review that recorded consent before follow-up. A reliable privacy-contact and preference-management process remains an owner/counsel launch requirement; this page does not invent one.
Connected-pilot boundary
The current commerce offer is read-only. It does not include abandoned-cart recovery, outbound messaging, refunds, inventory changes, or other write automation. Evidence windows are bounded and can be partial.
Repository readiness, credentialed verification for a specific account, provider marketplace approval, production tenant isolation, and measured market results are separate statuses. None should be inferred from another.
Not professional advice
Audits, benchmarks, roadmaps and other outputs are operational analysis for information purposes. They are not financial, legal or accounting advice, and you shouldn't rely on them as a substitute for advice tailored to your situation.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, probe or breach its security, or submit content you don't have the right to share. Only upload business documents you're authorised to provide.
Intellectual property
The written agreement for any paid work must identify the contracting party and specify ownership and permitted use of client inputs, Forma materials, audit outputs, and pilot deliverables. Those details are not established by this pre-launch page.
Liability
The site is a pre-launch product surface and can change. Liability limits, warranties, service levels, support obligations, security commitments, and remedies for a paid engagement require counsel-approved commercial terms tied to the identified contracting entity.
Required owner and counsel decisions
TODO — owner: identify the contracting legal entity, service and support contact, commercial offer owner, and authorized signatory.
TODO — counsel: approve governing law and venue, consumer/business applicability, intellectual-property allocation, warranty and liability terms, privacy/data terms, and the managed-pilot statement of work before any paid launch.
