Brands & Social Commerce
Fragrance & Perfume Brand Suite
Turn one phone photo into a month of scroll-stopping content, then close the DMs and track every order.
An operating system for a small, growing perfume house (think Maison Asrar) that sells through Instagram, TikTok, and DMs. Fragrance is the hardest product to sell online (you can't smell a post), so it lives entirely on storytelling, beautiful repeatable content, and fast, personal conversation. This suite makes content production almost free: a single bottle photo becomes luxury hero shots, vertical reels, carousels, and lifestyle scenes via Forma Studio. Then it works the funnel founders actually lose money in: answering and converting DMs, tracking orders and invoices so none are forgotten, watching stock on hero scents, seeding samples to creators, and bringing one-time buyers back for their next bottle.
Founder-led and small-team perfume / oud / attar brands selling via Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and a Shopify or link-in-bio store, producing content on a phone with little or no studio budget.
Illustrative failure hypotheses
Questions for the audit to verify
Content is slow and expensive: shoots cost more than the brand can afford, so the feed goes quiet and reach dies
DMs and comments asking 'price? how to order?' go unanswered for hours and the sale evaporates
Orders taken in DMs/WhatsApp are tracked in someone's head: invoices and payments slip and orders get forgotten
Hero scents sell out with no restock alert, killing momentum mid-launch
One-time buyers are never brought back for their next bottle or a new release
No structured creator/sample seeding, so the brand never builds social proof
Proposed starting point
A pilot hypothesis to review
Designed role · approval required
Perfume Visual Producer
Turns a single bottle photo into luxury hero shots and lifestyle scenes for the feed and ads.
The audit must validate the evidence, permissions, review boundary, and stop condition before this role enters a pilot scope.
Designed playbook
Proposed work streams and roles
These are configuration ideas to test during an audit. They are not autonomous workers or evidence of a live deployment.
Forma Core
Runs under every suite. The shared operating spine: front desk, follow-up, reputation, owner reporting, cash, and content.
Designed role descriptions ↓Close ↑
Front Desk
Captures and triages every inbound (email, web form, missed call, DM), then replies, classifies, and routes it to the right place.
Follow-Up Engine
Runs persistent, polite multi-touch follow-up on every quote, no-show, and stalled enquiry until it converts or is cleanly closed.
Reputation Engine
Asks happy customers for reviews at the right moment, drafts replies to every review, and routes negative feedback to a human first.
Owner's Digest
Compiles the weekly (and on-demand) operating picture into a plain-English brief: what happened, what's at risk, what needs a decision.
Money Flow
Issues and chases invoices, tracks AR aging, and reconciles payments so nothing slips and cash comes in faster.
Content Engine
Turns the brand kit into a steady cadence of social, email, and blog content, ready for one-click approval.
Content & Creative Studio
Turn product photos into a constant stream of luxury, on-brand visuals and video for every platform.

Reorder & Winback
Brings one-time buyers back for their next bottle with perfectly-timed, personalised nudges.
Measurement design
Candidate measures to baseline
These labels do not claim a result. The audit must define the source, window, method, baseline, and owner before a metric can support a pilot decision.
Content output / week
Posts, reels, and carousels produced, the engine of a social-first brand.
Reach & engagement
How far content travels and how much it's saved/shared, the growth signal.
DM-to-order conversion
Share of buying-intent conversations that become paid orders.
Revenue (DM + store)
Total sales across DMs, WhatsApp, and the online store.
Repeat purchase rate
Share of buyers who come back for another bottle, the path to profitability.
Unpaid invoices
Open invoices and days-to-payment, so no DM order is ever forgotten.
Connector boundary
Availability is scoped per controlled pilot
Connector names in the internal playbook are planning inputs, not a public integration promise. Current code-live readers are bounded and require account-specific verification before use.

Pricing, scope, data access, review boundaries, and success measures are agreed in writing before any paid work.
